Healing the Inner Child
We have to consciously study and practice how to be tender with ourselves until it becomes a habit. Right action on the outside doesn’t heal our tender inner wounds. Tenderness on the inside, turning towards our vulnerable places is the medicine needed to heal our child consciousness / nervous system.
Become Yourself
What our hearts long for is to know who we are and why we’re here. These answers we find, not through seeking outside of ourselves… studying, asking opinions, joining things or following others. These answers always begin to come as we turn back towards ourself and seek within.
