The Compassionate Self is 5 Week Class on Self Compassion 🌸
Compassion is the medicine for much of what ails us currently - from the global to the personal. Compassion expands our awareness, offering acceptance rather than judgment and ease where there is struggle.
We'll bring gentle curiosity to understand why it's often so hard to hold compassion for one's self.
This is a five week course, offering a teaching, guided meditation as well as time for sharing each week. Through insight, practice and reflection we'll be cultivating the aspect of compassion that's most elusive ... the compassion for one's self!
